The museum is hosting several events the week of the Apple Festival and has extended hours on Thursday and Friday.
Monday, September 18th at 6:30 PM – A tree planting in honor of former museum board President Janet Riegel will occur on the front lawn. An apple tree and memorial plaque will be unveiled to honor Janet’s service to the museum.
Tuesday, September 19th – The museum will be open from 10 – 3. Our newest exhibit – Everyday Art – and our Apple Festival items will be displayed.
Wednesday, September 20th – The museum will be open from 10-3. Our newest exhibit – Everyday Art – and our Apple Festival items will be displayed.
Thursday, September 21st – The museum will have extended hours from 10-3 and 5-9. The Jackson County Roots Concert’s first night will start at 5 PM on the museum lawn. In addition to musical performances, the Jackson Rotary Club will sell refreshments – including their famous mushrooms – and the museum will be open for visitors.
Friday, September 22nd – The museum will be open from 5-9. The Jackson County Roots Concert’s second night will start at 5 PM on the museum lawn.
