The museum is accepting applications for our summer intern program.

  • This position is a 9-week part-time internship offering 15 hours per week.   
    • The tentative start date is Tuesday, June 4th, with an end date of Thursday, August 1st. 
    • Hours would be 10 AM – 3 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
    • This position offers a $14.00 an hour paid biweekly.
    • On-site work is required.

To apply for the position, complete the summer intern application and the City of Jackson Seasonal Employment Application.  Applications can be submitted in the following ways.

  1. Email completed applications to director@jonesmuseum.com with the subject line ” Intern Application.”
  2. Return completed applications to the museum during our regular hours of 10-3 or through the mail slot by the front door.

Hours

The Jones Museum is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursday from 10 am – 3 pm or by appointment.

Admission is FREE but voluntary donations are always welcome.
